These giclée editions are limited to 100 signed and numbered, hand-enhanced reproductions. "Hand-enhanced" means there are brush-strokes applied by the artist on each reproduction. You can learn about this process and see photos here. The embellishment makes the canvas look very much like an original hand-painted oil painting (but at a fraction of the cost)! GICLÉE ENHANCEMENT PROCESS
Giclée reproductions on canvas are a very reasonably priced option for large wall art at only a fraction of the cost of an original the same size. They are ideal for home or public spaces where there is high traffic and original art would be too costly or risky to hang. In the photos the artist is applying clear acrylic gel to the reproduction. She uses brushes and palette knifes to achieve texture. The image size here in the photo is 20"x28", available to order above in the Giclée Section.
